Hampshire coach company Lucketts Group has been commended for consistently high standards of performance at the prestigious National Express Operator Awards.
The firm proved to be worth its weight in gold and received two of the highest-rated accolades after another successful year of business.
Lucketts drove off with the High Achiever Award, which recognises the company’s long-term performance above standard throughout all aspects of operational delivery. With a prosperous year of results from the annual engineering audit, the travel operator was also presented with the Golden Spanner Award for excellence in engineering.

The High Achiever Award is given to the operator that passes continuous spot checks and performance monitoring throughout the year, looking at aspects of operational delivery including customer satisfaction, miles operated, engineering, fuel consumption, driver training and vehicle audits.
