Discover the magic this Christmas with Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Sing-a-long-a Frozen

Friday 28th November – Sunday 30th November 2014

Portsmouth Historic Dockyard welcomes the return of the ‘Victorian Festival of Christmas’. Now in its fifteenth year, this family favourite in the unique surroundings of the historic dockyard is the perfect way to start the festive season.

New for 2014, we’re pleased to present Sing-a-long-a Frozen! Wrap up warm and enjoy our outdoor screening of Frozen, inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale, The Snow Queen. The Disney blockbuster gets the full Sing-a-long-a treatment at The Victorian Festival of Christmas*. Who hasn’t been singing “Let It Go” and wanting to dress up as a princess?  Join in the full interactive experience with a screening of the film including lyrics on screen, so you can sing along with Elsa and Anna to raise your Christmas cheer!

The Victorian Festival of Christmas takes place on Friday 28th November to Sunday 30th November, from 10am – 6pm. Visitors will be magically transported into a bygone era of Dickensian-style snow covered streets and a wonderland of Victorian characters and entertainment. This year’s festival also includes our first Victorian bandstand, our largest ever Christmas Market offering local produce, Fagin’s Real Ale Tavern and Santa’s reindeers. It promises to be a terrific atmosphere with something for everyone, whether it’s that perfect present or a treat for yourself!

Early Bird tickets are now on sale at a reduced price – so don’t miss out!

Your event ticket also includes entry to the Mary Rose Museum, National Museum of the Royal Navy, HMS Warrior 1860, HMS Victory, Action Stations and Harbour Tours (weather permitting).
