It is situated in the middle of the promenade in Aberystwyth town centre. The hotel provides stunning views across Cardigan Bay and has a bar, restaurant and a variety of function rooms available.
The goal is to use the best of the world class produce that is produced and grown on the doorstep. They are very fortunate to have brilliant day boat fisherman, Huw from AB29, who supplies the Restuarant with fresh fish, and shellfish from the bay all year, making fish dishes at the Belle Vue extra special.
The Hotel’s friends at the local fruit farm Penlanlas supply the amazing fresh fruit that is hand-picked and delivered daily to ensure the best possible fruit is on the menu seasonally. The coastline and woodlands provide the chefs with great opportunities to forage wild food themselves which can be used on the menu throughout the year to ensure freshness and quality.
