Built in 1922 by the Spencer family, the Grosvenor House Hotel has stood strong as a cornerstone of Skegness tourism for almost a century. The Spencers owned the hotel for 5 generations and still to this day have a great, great grandson of the builder still working at the hotel.
The hotel has 29 bedrooms, all rooms en-suite, bedrooms are mainly family suites with many having Sea views. The hotel has the largest maple sprung dance floor in Lincolnshire and the floor is superb for dancing on from Ballroom to Rock ‘n’ Roll
