Todmorden’s popular indoor market boasts a wide range of knowledgeable and enthusiastic traders reflecting products from both Yorkshire and Lancashire. The open markets in Brighouse, Elland, Hebden Bridge, Sowerby Bridge and Todmorden offer a wide variety of products, including craft, produce and secondhand. Calderdale also has plenty of heritage and culture available as well as great shopping. The fantastic museums include Bankfield Museum and Shibden Hall in Halifax. Shibden Hall is the home of Anne Lister (Gentleman Jack) and attracts visitors from across the world.
