Dispelling the myths, revealing the truths
Visitors to Gressenhall Farm & Workhouse can be sure for a fun filled day, with so much to see and do at this wonderful attraction in Norfolk.
Whilst here why not visit:-
The Museum of Norfolk Life: Containing Vast collections relating to the ordinary people of Norfolk, particularly those who worked on the land.
The Workhouse: Stand in the evocative workhouse settings, face to face with projections of staff and inmates, and listen to first hand stories, often tragic, sometimes inspirational, from the people who once walked these whitewashed corridors.
The Farm: Gressenhall’s farm was once used to grow produce for the inmates at the workhouse. Today we use the farm to demonstrate traditional farming techniques to visitors.
The Gardens: With its enchanting gardens and enthralling horticultural collections, Gressenhall Farm and Workhouse is a beautiful venue for garden enthusiasts.
The Grounds:- Acres of outdoors with adventure playground, woods, river valley, walking trails, traditional orchard and nature watch cameras
